Job Duties: 1.To manage a team of 3~30 members (Recruitment, Training, Performance Evaluation and Motivation) 2.To ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and profitability 3.To pilot turnover, margin, stock and expense 4.To organize all sorts of commercial promotion activities 5.To achieve business goals and customer satisfaction Job Requirements: 1.Honest and frank 2.Devoted and responsible 3.Optimistic, mature, able to work under pressure 4.Strong leadership with good coaching and people management skills 5.Bachelor degree. Minimum 2 years’ working experience (experience on management position preferred) 6.Fluency in English. |
