·Mission Goods Flow Manager is responsible to lead the goods flow group in the logistics department. Goods Flow Manager secures efficient low-cost goods flow processes, and develops logistics competence in the IKEA store to support store in selling volume, securing customer satisfaction and achieving profitability. Goods Flow manager to be an active member within the trinity group, to realize the store's 3 main tasks by developing logistics competence within sales, com-in, and logistics departments Goods Flow Manager reports to the Logistics Manager. Goods Flow Manager supervises the Goods Flow Group Leader, who in turn supervise the goods flow co-workers in the department. Goods Flow Manager is responsible for building up "goods flow team" and developing/motivating co-workers in the team.
Main Responsibilities
Support Selling & Customer Satisfaction • Manage sales location in the store • Maintain correct range allocation of FS-SS in cooperation with sales • Manage handout picking service • Manage an efficient goods flow
Profitability • To maintain a low logistics cost and high logistics productivity.
Management and Leadership • Support business goals and ambitions of IKEA China • Set ISL direction, align the team and motivate & inspire team numbers • Build up the logistics competence • Secure the goals and priorities is achieved by controlling • Risk management
Knowledge - College level education with good logistics knowledge - Equivalent 2-4 years working experience in Logistics and warehousing operation - Proven experience of managing people
Skill Professional with computer application skills Good analytical skills Strong follow-up skills Fluent in English and Mandarin
