Recruiting Manager Main Responsibilities: 1.Develop recruiting and selection policy 2.Strategic sourcing of qualified candidates in local labor market 3.Identify external headhunting services collaborating to tap qualify talents 4.Manage the recruitment channels to ensure the effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency 5.Develop selection criteria for different positions and to assess suitability of candidates 6.Interview manager level of candidates and to make recommendations 7.Manage recruiting team day in and day out 8.Work with different divisions on organization structure to achieve optimum efficiency 9.Prepare headcount status and to report to management 10.Organize other recruiting projects and activities such as campus recruitment
Requirements: 1.Bachelor/Master Degree 2.At least 5 Years recruiting experience (preferable in MNC) 3.Previous supervisory experience is preferred 4.People sensitive and observant 5.Mature and sophisticated 6.Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin 7.Solid interviewing and organizational skills 8.Projects a professional image, inspires trust and confidence in others 9.Hardworking and willing to work under pressure 10.Microsoft Office skills must |
