Main Responsibilities: 主要职责: 1. Mainly responsible for recruitment. 主要负责部门的招聘工作 2. Design and implement the recruitment plan via diversified channels. 建立及维护招聘渠道,制定并执行招聘计划 3. Work closely with recruitment service venders: network, newspaper, headhunters etc. 与网络、报纸、猎头等招聘服务商紧密合作 4. Help to build up talent pool 协助建立人才库 5. Other related projects about recruitment or organization development. 参与其它与招聘或组织发展相关的项目
Qualifications: 要求: 1. University or above degree. 全日制正规本科及以上院校毕业 2. At least 2-3 year recruitment experience in MNC ,experience in retailer or FMCG preferred 至少2-3年外企招聘工作经验,有在零售业或快速消费品业工作经验更佳 3. Good planning, analytical, communication and interview skill 良好的计划、分析、沟通与面谈技巧 4. Fluent in English writing and speaking, CET 6 is preferred 英语读写流利,英语六级 5. Headhunter experience is a plus 猎头工作经验优先考虑 |
