Responsibilities: -Be responsible for payroll & benefits programs. -Develop payment structure, guideline and conduct salary survey programs as well as implement and deliver them. -Lead C&B team to perform daily work such as payroll, merit increase, performance appraisal and other compensation and benefits function based projects. -Monitor market situation and conduct annual salary and benefits survey , make proposals for adjustments in line with market movement and business objectives. -Ensure that the compensation and benefits systems and practices are properly benchmarked externally ,equitably implemented internally and operated efficiently. -Provide solutions & consultation to business managers on C&B related issues.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above - At least 5 years C&B working experience in multinational company , preferred in retail industry - Familiar with PRC labor law and HR information system - Strong analytical skills - Good communication skills, self-initiative, mature and can work independently - Good spoken and written English |
