Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the customer sales function in store; Collaborate between customer sales function and other functions in all customer related aspects; Follow up customer comments and requests;
Responsible for customer file and customer reception; Conduct competitor analysis and tracking;
People Requirements:
Minimum 5 years sales and customer management experience, preferably in retail, trading or FMCG business; Strong leadership skills and Good analytical ability, planning and organizational skills;Good written and verbal communication in English;Strong focus on customer needs;Accountable, take initiatives and can work under pressure
