l Negotiate warehouse allowances;
l Analyze supply chain of WM and vendors, identify supply chain opportunities, determine ways to flow products in a manner which minimizes inventory and reduces total supply chain costs, make recommendations;
l Communication with merchandising and logistics to achieve cooperation in supply chain improvement, organize many departments with varies goals to arrive at a win-win solution for all parties, execution;
l Develop creative solutions on supply chain cost saving;
l Research and dig out true market costs for supply chain in China;
l Develop, maintain, and update decision support tools;
l Report results back to higher level manager;
l Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
