职位描述

l         Identify inefficiencies and reduce cost within logistics operations;

l         Identify new processes and implement preferred methods to enhance productivity;

l         Forecasting and capital requirement determination;

l         Develop cost reduction programs to be used by DC managers;

l         Provide operations analysis support in determining ROI for projects;

l         Develop standards, work measurement, and productivity expectations;

l         DC design, specification, and material handling applications;

l         Construction project management;

l         Support International Logistics Operations and strategic initiatives as needed.

职位要求

l         BS Degree in Industrial Engineer or Logistics related field, Master degree will additional preferred;

l         Strong people skills both in Written and Verbal, Self managed and Motivated;

l         Strong, demonstrated quantitative analysis skills. Payback justifications,IRR and ROI determination experience;

l         Working knowledge of one or more of the following functions-Store Operations, Replenishment, Transportation, Merchandising, or Distribution areas;

l         Strong organizational skills for planning and managing multiple projects;

l         Strong PC skill set-Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Project;

l         Strong English communication skills both in Written and Verbal.
