职位描述

   Develop specific research plan;

 

   Communicate with merchandise, operations and appropriate support teams to develop goals and format for each research project;

 

   Use Wal-Mart systems data to help understand and analyze specific research result;

 

   Gather and analyze data on existing customer profile;

 

   Understand the trade areas within the city to better understand the needs of the consumers living in the area. Market basket to better understand the customer and to be able to respond to their needs;

 

   Focus on the customer; know the customer better than anyone else; be ahead of the market place with trends and innovative products;

 

   Know about the changing consumer habits and changing lifestyles; life style information of how the consumer changes and what is a result of these changes;

 

   Keep exploring compelling reason for consumers to shop competition stores instead of our stores.

 

职位要求

   Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing;

 

   Basic knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research techniques;

 

   Basic statistical knowledge;

 

   Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

 

   Good written and verbal communication skills;

 

   Must be very flexible and able to handle several projects simultaneously;

 

   College courses in research methodologies a plus;

 

   Self-starter, self disciplined with a sense of urgency.
